These are the best! I've tried several brands and these have the best flavor and texture. They dissolve quickly and aren't too minty. Wonderful!

These remind me of visits from my grandmother when I was a kid, which meant a version of wintergreen mints and dark chocolate from the candy store in which she worked. Thank you for having these! I buy them for friends as well, who also love them.
This is a great treat for me. I can't eat regular chocolate, and a lot of white chocolate is not appealing. This is wonderful, and paired with cashews (one of my favorites) it is even better!
I appreciate that the chocolate was packed with ice so it wouldn't melt, but half were broken so it didn't matter much anyway. There was only one small piece of bubble wrap used so the ice crushed the anchors. The non-broken ones are cute and would have made cute favors for our Navy promotion party. We tried a broken one, it tasted ok. We got white chocolate but would not get that again.

As a small business, we stand behind our products and want every customer purchase to be a positive one. Your anchors were shipped in an inner box rather than just bubble wrap to try to mitigate the blunt force impact of the ice pack. While this process is typically successful, it is not 100% guaranteed.
Sometimes shipments are not treated as carefully as we would like when travelling to their destination, which is why every package we ship is insured against damage. If an item arrives damaged, customers just need to email us at support@stagestopcandy.com or by replying to any of the purchase or shipping confirmation emails to report the damage. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the damage and shipping box to assist in expediting the process and may also need to have the item returned. We outline this in our refund / return policy (located at https://stagestopcandy.com/policies/refund-policy) where we say that items damaged during shipping need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
